长江学者:邓红文 传授

  “长江学者嘉奖方案”特聘传授,博导。1966年出生,1990年结业于北京大先生物系,同年留学美国,1995年在美国Oregon大先生物系和数学系取得遗传学博士学位和统计学硕士学位,师从于国际闻名的统计遗传学威望Micheal Lynch传授,又在美国休斯顿Texas大学人类遗传中央从事博士后研讨任务一年半,1997年起在Creighton大学担当助理传授,掌管一个有八个博士的遗传学实行室,2001年3月成为Creighton大学有史以来最年老的副传授(Tenured Associate Professor of Medicine and BioMedical Sciences)。2003年3月成为Creighton大学有史以来最年老的传授.

  2000年被聘为威尼斯城官方平台特聘传授。2001年被教诲部同意为“长江学者嘉奖方案”特聘传授,并取得国度出色青年迷信基金课题。在美留学时期他以庞大性状与疾病为研讨工具,以遗传与渐变为研讨的中心题目,从事了退化生物学、分子退化遗传学、群体及数目遗传学、生态遗传学、骨医学、骨质分子遗传学、盘算和统计遗传学等跨学科和穿插学科的研讨,并获得了出色成绩。他的次要科研

  成绩有:1)开展了“邓-林奇”(Deng-Lynch)法来测定基因渐变的渐变率、渐变对机体的危害及其遗传效应。有关这项任务的一系列文章发布在美国遗传学报(Genetics)上。次要由于这项任务,他于1997年取得美国天然迷信家协会的良好青年迷信奖;2)第一次发明并证明维生素-D的受体基因和雌性激素的受体在肯定水平上决议人类骨质密度的天然变革及药理调控。这项任务发布在Human Genetics及国际骨质研讨学刊(Osteoporosis International)上。他为此于1999年4月获美国骨学研讨会第一次有定名的(John Haddad)良好青年迷信家奖;3)第一次发明并证明人类的伎俩骨折有其紧张的遗传原理及机制。这项任务为寻觅人类骨折基因打下了坚固的根底。邓红文博士在Nature、Genetics、Human Genetics、J Bone and Mineral Res、 Evolution、Molecular Biology and Evolution、 Heredity、Genetical Research、Genetica和American J Human Genetics等国际威望刊物上共发布了70余篇论文。此中第一著作人和独著或通讯著作人的论文60余篇,全部文章被SCI收录,论文总援用达500余次。
